Glasgow International Christian Centre was founded in Glasgow Caledonian University, By Rev Lukas Njenga in response to the increasing need for supporting and discipling University students who found their Faith as students in the University or those who came to the University and wanted to develop their Christian faith within the campus.
G.I.C.C as it is popularly known is one of the fastest growing students ministry attracting students and graduates from the four main Universities in Glasgow.
The Vision of the Church is to equip Christian Leaders for the marketplace. Most of it’s members have travelled to several parts of the world after graduating and have become great representatives of the ministry and are involved in the expansion of the Kingdom in their respective countries and careers.
G.I.C.C members meets every Sunday in The Faith and Belief Centre in Glasgow Caledonian University.
The ministry has One full-time Pastor and Five Associate Pastors, all the Pastors have a primary calling to the Students ministry and each Pastor have their own speciality in Ministry.
Members of G.I.C.C come from 18 different countries and all say one thing about their Church. “it is a home away from home” People are highly respected and cerebrated.
